    I argue that the new S&OP thinking has to include more 'right brain' thinking. There is still too much focus on process, & system and left brain supply chain thinking, as that's where S&OP originated from.

    S&OP can be also been seen as a continuous change process and therefore has to embrace elements of culture, behaviours and change management in order to be effective and sustainable in the long run.
