GRA features in latest Supply Chain academic textbook

NOV 10 - GRA contributed to the recently released Supply Chain textbook, ‘A Framework for Supply Chains – Logistics Operations in the Asia-Pacific Region’ published by McGraw-Hill. Co-authored by Roger Oakden and Katia Leonaite, the textbook features a chapter entitled ‘Inventory – balancing demand and supply’ and includes a section authored by GRA’s Carter McNabb on inventory optimisation as a planning technique. Applications and benefits of Inventory Deployment Optimisation (IDO) and Network Flow Optimisation (NFO); Multi-Echelon Optimisation (MEO); Service-Level Optimisation (SLO); Marginal Analysis and Optimal Service Parts are explained.
